On the first school day of Catholic Schools' Week, St. Brigid's Day was celebrated in the P6/7 classroom by learning about our female patron saint. The children also took the opportunity to make St. Brigid's Crosses. Thanks are expressed to Sinead and Molly and Molly's dad who went out on a cold, wet evening to gather the rushes which we used to make the crosses.
