The children of P6&7 marked St Brigid's Day this afternoon by making their St. Brigid's Crosses. The children learned about how St. Brigid used the cross made from rushes to tell a dying man all about Jesus. They then got the opportunity to make crosses and a big thank you to all the children who went out and gathered rushes for their class to use.
