Our P6 & 7 class had a visit today from Rachel Brady from Bryson Energy to lead the above programme. She spoke to the children all about the different types of electricity and how they are generated, the types of pollution caused by burning fossil fuels and very importantly, what we can do in school and at home to save energy, reduce pollution and save us money. We hope to put all these energy saving ideas into practice in school and at home from today on.
Rachel spoke very favourably afterwards about the P6&7 pupils in terms of their warm welcome and good questioning. Well done children!
