Rock Red Friday ❤️
The Nursery children had a great day supporting the Heartbeat Trust on Rock Red Friday 9th February. Earlier in the week we learned about our heart being a muscle and it’s important job of pumping blood all around our bodies. We also discovered that our heart needed exercise to keep it strong. The children did some exercises today and felt our hearts beating faster.
Everyone made heart biscuits to take home to remind everyone at home that some people have hearts that don’t work very well and these people may need help from the Heartbeat Trust.
We were thinking especially of our friend Rosa who has a congenital heart defect and her family, who have been helped by this charity organisation and we are delighted to be raising money to support their very important work.
