Our pupils in P7 really enjoyed coming back to school after the Easter break as they knew today also marked the beginning of their Cycling Proficiency Scheme lessons. Under the guidance of Mr Conroy, the pupils looked at helmet and bicycle safety checks, the pedal ready position, the secondary and primary road positions as well as some of the arm signals. All the pupils have taken their bicycles home and now need to practise the various manoeuvres and skills they were taught today. Cycling Proficiency Scheme lessons continue on Mondays and Fridays for the next 5/6 weeks.
