P6/7 investigate Symmetry
2nd Mar 2017
The children of P6 & 7 have been studying line symmetry with Miss Beacom this week and today had the opportunity to go around the school and capture images which they in turn worked with to change them into symmetrical images. Using the iPad apps Photo Booth and Pic Collage, the children were able to create these symmetrical images and present them in an attractive way, encouraging their classmates to identify where the line of symmetry is, which images are symmetrical and which are not etc. Well done to the P6 & 7 children on this great work which they all really enjoyed. It's great to see technology being used to help learning in maths.
