Our P5 children have been very busy this week learning all about regular and irregular 2D shapes 🔸🔺🔷🟢. They created some fantastic 2D shapes outside using metre sticks and rulers. They carefully measured each side of the shape they were drawing and were able to discuss and explain to their peers the properties of each shape. 👏
The children demonstrated great teamwork and communication skills during this activity as well as building on their knowledge of regular and irregular 2D shapes.
