NI Water Visit💦

Yesterday we had Matt from NI Water visit our school. Matt spoke with all classes on the importance of saving water and the dangers of using single use plastics . The children learned lots of interesting facts! NI Water gifted each child in the school with a reusable water bottle for pupils to use daily. We strongly discourage the use of plastic water bottles in school. We were also gifted a Water Butt! A fantastic resources for collecting and reusing rainwater. The water butt was placed in the Foundation Stage Outdoor Play area and will be used for outdoor water play and for watering plants. P1 have had fun exploring the water butt today! Also..
