The last few weeks in our KS1 Well-Being club, the children have had lots of fun learning new yoga poses as well as playing lots of fun games.
They created positivity envelopes which they can open whenever they need a reminder of all their wonderful superpowers.
They also created emotion jars which are a great visual representation of how we can calm our bodies.
