Today saw the beginning of the Friday Clubs again though there was a new one on the list which hadn't been seen before. The iCode Club with Mr. Conroy saw the pupils of that club using the Scratch Jnr. app on the iPads to make characters move around the screen in different ways, say something, change size etc. Over the 4 weeks of the Club, the children will gain further coding experience by using a different app each week. All the children were fully engaged for the hour and really enjoyed their first experience of the new club. They now have even another reason to look forward to Friday afternoons!
