Eco-Club Week 4
4th Feb 2020
Today at the eco-club we had a special visit from Julie Corry, the Biodiversity officer from Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. Julie spoke to the pupils about birds, what they eat and how we can take care of them. We had a very messy and busy session! We made “fat ball” feeders for the birds using old apples, cheese, raisins, sultanas and lard. We have left them to harden and then we will hang them on the branches outside. Thanks to Julie for leading this activity and well done to the pupils for making these delicious treats for the birds!
