Whilst our pupils, staff and parents were enjoying their first day of mid-term break this morning, Mr Conroy had made his way to Kathmandu, Nepal to meet with our partner school there, Shanghri-La Public School.
Our P6/7 children have been busy working on their water project, a project which was also completed by the children in Kathmandu. Mr Conroy has brought the children’s work out with him where they will share the projects.
Along with 11 other teachers from across the north of Ireland, Mr Conroy was officially welcomed at the airport last night. We look forward to hearing how he gets on at Shangri-La Public School.
