Anti-Bullying Week 2019
Today brought a close to Anti-Bullying Week 2019 in school, with the theme this year being ‘Change Starts With Us.’ The message put across to the children this week was that all forms of bullying can have a significant impact on a child’s life well into adulthood and that we all have a collective responsibility to reduce bullying.
We hope that by everyone making small, simple changes, that we can create a safe environment for everyone and that together we can challenge bullying.
Change starts here. Change starts now. Change starts with us.
Today we had an Odd Socks Day in school. It was a chance to celebrate Anti-Bullying Week in a positive way by pupils (& staff!) wearing odd socks to school.
Find below the video of the children having a great time showing off their great variety of socks, to the backing track from Andy and the Odd Socks.
