Our P5 boys and girls enjoyed having Michael from Action Mental Health in their classroom today, teaching them all about their mental health and week-being.
The children learnt some valuable strategies for dealing with their own mental health and gained a better understanding of their own thoughts and feelings 🤔ðŸ’😔😢
