Sharing of Water Project
15th Feb 2020
The Nepali pupils firstly introduced their school, giving some information about it.
The pupils were very busy with their Water Pollution project and took great pride in sharing it in the English language with Mr Conroy.
Their project centred around the pollution of the Bagmati River which flows through Kathmandu.
The pupils interviewed many local residents to find out their views on the situation.
They also spoke with a medical consultant from the local hospital about the effect water pollution is having on the health of local people.
The children also proudly highlighted some of the great written work which they had completed.
Handwriting on display throughout the school.
This girls proudly points to her piece of written work.
The class who completed the water project were pictured with Mr Bista (school VP) and Mr Conroy.
Like our own school, Shangri-La Public School also has a Nursery Unit.
