P7 attend launch of St. Patrick's Art Exhibition
9th Mar 2018
The children are welcomed to the launch.
Chairman of FODC offered a few words of welcome as well.
Genevieve Murphy thanked the children for the great efforts they made in creating their art pieces which are on display.
Genevieve shows our P7s around the exhibition, explaining each of the pieces on display.
St Patrick is taken captive by Irish raiders.
He is forced to herd sheep on Slemish Mountain.
He has a dream telling him to escape from Ireland.
He comes back to Ireland to tell all the people about God. He used the shamrock to explain the Trinity.
St. Patrick banishes the snakes from Ireland. This was the piece our children created.
Our pupils enjoyed looking at their own creative piece.
P7s pictured in front of their great work.
We found our name on the wall😁
