Well done to all our P7 children who celebrated the Sacrament of Confirmation this evening. All the children participated in the ceremony and did so wonderfully well, whether it be through reading or carrying up of a gift.
Having put in a lot of effort and having thoroughly prepared to receive the Sacrament, it was great to see the eldest children of our school stand up in front of their family and community, and receive the Gifts of the Holy Spirit. Well done to them all and no doubt the Holy Spirit will continue to be their 'helper and guide' throughout their lives.
A word of thanks also to the many pupils from our P4-6 classes who helped with the wonderful singing and instrumental music, which added so much to the beautiful ceremony. Well done to all involved.
